Our booking system ibelsa is only available in German. If you would rather book in English, simply email us your arrival and departure dates and the number of guests – we will be happy to take care of your booking.

Please note: unfortunately, the listed warehouse has no lift, and the building is not accessible. Two rooms are on the ground floor – more in our FAQ.
Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm. If you will be arriving later, please contact us in advance so that we can arrange everything for a late arrival.

For your stay, the following applies without exception:
- Payment: We only take payment in person at the hotel or, for Booking.com reservations, via the official Booking.com platform.
- No external links: Do not click on links from unknown sources in messages, and never make payments via a link to an unknown payment provider.
- No WhatsApp / messengers: We will never ask you to make a payment via WhatsApp, text message or direct messenger links.
If you receive a suspicious message, please do not reply and contact us directly.
